Our products are chemicals, and therefore; have a limited shelf life and are sensitive to extreme weather temperatures.
To ensure that every product we sell and ship is in its best for and freshest condition, we have a ‘no return policy’. We cannot resell a product with a clear conscience that it is at its best, after it leaves our office and then returns to us.

When will my order ship?
In-stock items are usually shipped same day if ordered BEFORE 2:00PM CST.
When will my order arrive?
Every in stock order is delivered via US Post Office, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground shipping and will typically arrive within 3-4 days unless a quicker shipping method is chosen.
Can I get my items more quickly?
For delivery within 5 business days (M-F) to any physical address in the lower 48 states except for Alaska or Hawaii, select UPS Ground Delivery. Weather may impact standard delivery time. US Priority Mail ships to most locations within 2-3 days.
For “Next Day Air” delivery select UPS Day Air Delivery is available Monday – Friday to most locations in the United States. Next Day Air is not delivered on Saturday without paying extra.
How are shipping and handling charges determined?
They are based on the merchandise total shipped to a single address. We can only ship orders P.O. boxes via US Post Office. We do not mark up the shipping charges provided by the shipping company selected.
How will my order be shipped?
In order for you to receive your products as quickly as possible, we have selected two carriers: US Post Office and UPS as our only carriers. If you prefer a specific carrier, please call 636-942-7151 to speak to a customer service associate.
How are shipping and handling charges applied to multiple addresses?
They are all treated as individual shipments.

A signature is required for all orders over $500.00
Additional charges for signature are:
$2.75 for indirect signature
$3.75 for direct signature
$4.75 for direct adult only signature
There may be an additional charge for shipping large or bulky items. The product page indicates “special shipping and handling may apply” to such items.
