Step 1: Hold SealGreen Absorber box close to the spill and pour the product around the spill. If the spill is flowing, pour the Absorber in front of the spill creating a dam. The viscosity of the liquid determines the amount of Absorber needed. Less is needed for thick liquids and more may be needed for a thin liquid such as water.
Step 2: Mix the Absorber into the spill with a medium to stiff bristle broom or spatula in a circular motion breaking up all the clumps, until the liquid is completely absorbed. Add more Absorber directly onto the residue until the liquid is completely absorbed and the surface is clean and dry.
Step 3: Sweep up the SealGreen Absorber with a broom and dustpan. Absorber may then be disposed of according to Federal, State, and Local regulations for the liquid absorbed.
Step 4: If the spill is high viscosity (thick) or of a large volume, a spatula can be used to work Absorber through the spill. This will allow the Absorber to penetrate the surface of the spill. Once the Absorber has been worked into the spill, it will encapsulate the liquid on contact.
